As part of completing application form MCP01, users agree to the general terms of use of the Application Portal:

No user shall attempt to transgress any security features of the Application Portal
No user shall share or otherwise allow another person to use their authentication /password information
No agent shall perform any activity that is not authorised by the company or person that they represent
No user shall perform any activity that transgresses any laws or regulations of the Republic of South Africa

If the Petroleum Agency SA becomes aware of any violation of the terms of use, it reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove access to the Portal for the individual/s concerned, and where necessary, take legal action.

The Petroleum Agency SA indemnifies itself against any act performed by an agent or representative that is not performed under instruction from the company or individual represented.

This Application Portal is provided as a public service by the Petroleum Agency SA.

The Portal and all of the information it contains are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby expressly disclaimed.
